General comment on data set Brine is extracted from the Qarhan Salt Lake in Qinghai, China (~0.022% Li). Lithium is absorbed using a highly selective adsorbent, reducing the magnesium-to-lithium ratio. Nanofiltration or electrodialysis methods are then used to further concentrate and purify lithium carbonate. The relevant data comes from field research by Lanke Lithium.
