General comment on data set | Brine is extracted from the Qarhan Salt Lake in Qinghai, China (~0.022% Li). Lithium is absorbed using a highly selective adsorbent, reducing the magnesium-to-lithium ratio. Nanofiltration or electrodialysis methods are then used to further concentrate and purify lithium carbonate. The relevant data comes from field research by Lanke Lithium. Waste treatment is estimated based on water usage. |
